Mancan is currently looking for a Maintenance Tech for a high end luxury condo association in Naples, FL
Job Description:
Neat and clean appearance
Passes background check- no criminal record
Valid Drivers License
Must have Experience working in Condo setting.
Temp to Perm position
Pays $25 to $30 depending on experience
Normal hours are Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
Clean pool and pool area check chemicals
Clean Spa and spa area
Clean BBQ grills and area adjacent
Maintain Har-Tru tennis court and keep pavilion clean
Put out trash and clean out compactor room- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Collect and put out recycled materials - Monday
Operate elevator for EMS
Clean and fill fountain
Move tables and chairs in common areas, if necessary
Run Fire pump and oversee weekly emergency generator operation
Check domestic water pumps
Check roof and drains daily
Clean garages blow out leaves, use floor scrubbing machine
Check boardwalk for cleanliness
Police parking lot for debris
Empty perimeter trash cans
Keep gate tracks clean
Assist and monitor outside contractors as needed.
Check HVAC and plumbing systems
Check and replace light bulbs
Check vacuum at car wash
Clean camera housings
Perform other duties as assigned by the community Association General Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
*High school diploma or GED required.
*Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a condominum, apartment, hotel, or commercial building.
*Working knowledge of plumbling, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
*Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pressure washers, ladders, and maintenance equipment safely.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Vaild Florida driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Physical Requirements:
*lift up to 50 lbs.
*Stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and work on ladders for extended periods.
*Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
*Ability to respond to emergencies outside normal business hours when required.
Schedule:
*Full time
*Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
*Participation in on-call rotation for emergencies may be required.
