Responsibilities:

  • Ability to process and draft using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
  • Download field survey data from data collectors
  • Create final survey plans that include existing conditions, certified plot plans, topographic plans, subdivision plans, and ALTA plans
  • Must have the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects and meet deadlines within time constraints
  • Create preliminary and/or final sketch of proposed drawings, using CAD/drafting equipment

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree of Applied Science in Design & Drafting Technology or CAD Certification, required
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean record
  • High-level computer and technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must pass drug/alcohol screening
  • Ability to self-manage and communicate with supervisors
  • An ability to multitask, manage, and adapt to changing work environments
