NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for one of our clients.
Details:
Business Systems Analyst
Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey (1 day/week onsite)
Duration: 12+ months
As a Business Technology Analyst you can look forward to:

Basic qualifications for consideration
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in IT, Engineering, Business or Finance
  • 2+ years of Program Management Experience or equivalent
  • Fluency in the Microsoft suite of products and other project management tools
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, ROI calculations, and other budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Experience working on IT projects
  • Effectively able synthesize and communicate complex ideas
  • Uses a logical approach to solve problems, improve processes, conflict reconciliation
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate tasks between different organizations
  • Experience handling complex programs with activities across multiple workstreams, vendors and internal resources.
  • Demonstrable track record managing highly complex programs
  • Travel required: 25-50%
  • Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Prefer 5-7 years of Program Management Experience or equivalent
