Responsibilities
  • Utilizes 3D design software to identify, communicate, and resolve project challenges
  • Combines all building discipline models into 3D design software coordination model
  • Reviews coordination models for constructability issues utilizing the software's clash detection capabilities
  • Assigns responsible party(s) for issue resolution; verifies and documents with meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and updated models
  • Communicates with internal and external project teams; facilitates meetings to resolve project issues, review schedules, or other project documentation
  • Utilizes Reality Capture technology, such as laser scanning and drones, to support project deliverables
  • Participates in Business Unit (BU) office and department activities including orientation programs, training sessions, and peer group meetings
  • Supports 1 VDC deliverable under supervision
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field
  • 0-1 years of VDC Coordination experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong time-management and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and functional use of BIM design software
  • Basic understanding of construction documentation
  •  Strong interest in design concepts and integrated building components and systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For (Philadelphia) this ranges from $70,000-$86,500 plus benefits and retirement program.
