For this role, you can expect a salary between $67,500 - $70,000 annually + bonuses, depending on experience. This is a replacement role.

The Role

An entry-level consulting professional responsible for supporting strategic implementations through in-depth data analysis, business process mapping, and discovery documentation. This role focuses on mastering the MarTech landscape, learning our consulting methodology, and building a foundation for client advisory.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the discovery, design, and implementation phases of enterprise MarTech solutions.

  • Conduct business analysis by mapping current-state processes and gathering detailed technical and functional requirements from client stakeholders.

  • Assist in creating high-quality, client-facing deliverables, including strategy presentations, process flow diagrams, and detailed workshop documentation.

  • Support data analysis efforts, helping translate complex datasets into actionable business insights that map to client goals.

  • Actively learn and develop foundational expertise in leading MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, ActionIQ) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering or other relevant fields focused on information technologies
  • Advanced SQL Knowledge: Experience in writing complex SQL queries and understanding relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, ETLs, cloud data architecture, data architecture principles)
  • An understanding of microservices and API integrations (REST)
  • Proficiency in either JavaScript. Java or Python
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Willingness to travel, if required, for client meetings, workshops, and project implementations
