We are looking for a creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing and communications team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to gain hands-on exposure across digital marketing, PR, and external communications. This role is highly collaborative and fast-paced, offering a valuable opportunity to work across a wide range of campaigns, initiatives, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across platforms (email, social, website)
  • Assist with PR outreach to media contacts, press, influencers, and community partners
  • Help create and design marketing collateral (graphics, flyers, social assets, presentations)
  • Write and draft blog content
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with elected officials, influencers, and partners
  • Capture content at events when needed (photo/video for social and marketing use)
  • Support general marketing operations, campaign coordination, and project execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members on ongoing campaigns and deliverables

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ?Strong copywriting skills (blogs, captions, emails, etc.)
