This position will start with entry level tasks such as cleaning, installation of small hardware and minor repair work. We offer full time hours, benefits, and opportunity for growth in a safe and friendly environment.Work Schedule:Monday - Thursday, 7AM - 4PMFriday, 7AM - 1PMPotential for overtime on Saturdays, as needed Job Responsibilities:The mobile repair coordinator/shop technician position is a technically and industry oriented expert in mobile trailer and tractor repairs. To include the following repairs: carpentry, install floors, exterior body damage, welding, mechanical and electrical, suspension, generator, HVAC/Chiller, hydraulic and preventative maintenance.Assist in the mobile trailer preventative maintenance program and repair/refurb of all mobile units in Union Grove, WI.Assist with the Preventative Maintenance and trailer checklist process to ensure the mobile unit is ready for customer deployment.Responsible for maintaining and updating the preventative maintenance and all associated documentation and checklists used before deployment of a unit.Carpentry skills and prior work experience including: Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.The ideal candidate must possess:High School Diploma/GED, requiredMobile Medical trailer field experience, preferredTrade school certificate, preferredSome travel may be required Fork lift trained, preferredCustomer service orientedMedical trailer repair experience a plus to include, AK specialty vehicles, Ellis & Watts, Medical Coaches.Must hold a valid drivers license and have a driving record showing zero felony or DUI convictions and less than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years. Must be capable of carrying or pulling up to 40lbsFrequent bend, stoops, twists, turns and work in unusual positions using full body mobility. May work on ladders or scaffolding on occasions.Potential exposure to hazardous physical, chemical and biological agents existing in the healthcare environment.This job operates in a professional office environment.
