ARMI provides technical and wrap-around commercialization services to companies seeking to advance technologies that will contribute to this impact. The Impact That You Will MakeARMI is seeking an entry level candidate to join our phase-appropriate process development and cell therapy manufacturing team. The successful candidate will accurately follow detailed instructions and established procedures with frequent supervision. This role requires particularly strong attention to detail, the ability to take direction, and an excitement for learning.  Your RolePerform general cleanroom housekeeping, including cleaning of rooms and equipment, disposal of waste, and other lab "chores"Assist Operations staff with material receipt and storage needsAccurately follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)Document all activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)Recognize deviations from the intended procedures and escalate as appropriateProactively identify safety and quality improvements Your Skills and ExperiencesHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office systems Personal AttributesCommitment to quality, scientific integrity, and company missionStrong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesTeam-oriented mindset with collaborative cross-functional approach Working ConditionsCleanroom laboratory environment with exposure to biologics, chemical reagents, and analytical instrumentsShift: Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 10-hour days Some holiday coverage may be necessaryOccasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlinesBy applying, I understand that any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.
