  • Support the Accounting team based in New Haven, Connecticut, reporting directly to the Director of Shared Services
  • Support multiple companies across a diverse business portfolio
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and reporting
  • Perform daily accounting operations and month-end/quarter-end close activities
  • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
  • Conduct financial analysis and maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP standards
  • Support Fixed Assets, Leases, Sales Tax, and Accounts Payable functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional accounting or finance experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and macros
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with financial systems and data analysis tools
