About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Event Assistant to help plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and community activations. This position plays a key role in attracting new customers and creating memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
  • Engage with guests and customers during events to promote products and services.
  • Assist in product demonstrations, sampling, and lead generation.
  • Maintain event materials, displays, and promotional supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to meet event goals.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer interaction and event effectiveness.
