About Position:

The primary role of a counter employee is to efficiently take customer orders, process payments, and handle orders both in the restaurant and through various online ordering platforms. General coffee knowledge is a plus but not required, training will be provided upon hire. Additionally, this position involves assisting with the packaging, labeling, and preparation of to-go and carryout orders.
