We are looking for a Product Engineer, primarily focused on frontend, who can take features from early concept to production release. You'll collaborate directly with founders, operations, and manufacturing teams to shape the tools enabling real-world production workflows, streamline internal processes, and deliver a great experience for both our team and customers. 
What You'll Do:
  • Design UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
  • Build clean, maintainable React + TypeScript interfaces for internal systems and customer-facing apps. 
  • Own features end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration. 
  • Partner directly with production, operations, and engineering to understand workflows and translate them into intuitive digital tools.
  • Contribute to our design system and build reusable components. 
  • Integrate with backend APIs and participate in API design discussions. 
  • Identify UX issues, propose improvements, and help shape product direction. 
About You:

  • Experience in frontend, product or full-stack engineering. 
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern component architecture. 
  • Skilled in UX/UI design with Figma and capable of turning designs into polished interfaces. 
  • Comfortable working directly with end users and owning features in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong eye for usability, clean UI, and thoughtful interaction design. 
  • High autonomy, strong ownership mindset, and interest in understanding physical workflows. 
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with MES, ERP, scheduling, or other internal operational tools. 
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, composites, or CAD/CAM. 
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and languages (Go, Python, Node).
  • Experience with design systems or component libraries (MUI, Radix, Tailwind). 
  • Exposure to data modeling, metrics, or analytics. 
$140,000 - $195,000 a year
Final compensation is based on your experience, skills, and what you bring to the table.
