VZ Capital Group is expanding and looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level B2B Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build real-world business experience, and is motivated by performance-based growth.
In this position, you’ll work directly with small to mid-sized business owners, helping them find the right communication and technology solutions to support their operations.
This is a face-to-face, lead-based role that combines in-office collaboration with local client visits.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with business owners to understand their needs and goals
- Present and recommend tailored business solutions
- Work with provided leads while building relationships in your territory
- Conduct in-person consultations (office + field)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track daily activity and hit performance targets
