Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Engineer III/ Endpoint Engineer to deliver a consistent product and computing experience to clients' workforce. The role involves designing, building, and implementing endpoint configurations, providing Level 3 technical support, and ensuring desktop OS and applications are current and secure.
Responsibilities:
• Must skills have required is Azure virtual desktops, Terraform coding , Azure Network , Good PowerShell skills, Azure monitoring etc.
• Additional skills however not mandatory Microsoft Intune, Citrix, VMware, Group policies.
• Have strong technical skills in Citrix, VDI, and Azure Virtual Desktop, W365 and Intune Endpoint Manager
• Be responsible for identifying, submitting, testing, and implementing security policies (DevSecOps)
• Offer excellent 3rd tier support to 2nd tier technicians during issue escalation
• Debrief business units on business practices such as new applications in newer technologies
• Be a self-starter in identifying and streamlining business processes
• Provide SW testing, customization, and deployment of packages as some OS patching will also be required
• Perform software upgrades, new installs, uninstalls, and configuration changes
• Ensure compliance with local and global guidelines
• Work closely with End User Computing Platform team to support implementing policies, procedures, and systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
