  • Job Summary:
    Seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and AI-powered automation to develop, implement, and enhance tagging automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with FinOps teams to leverage AI/ML tools for intelligent cloud resource tagging, cost optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop AI-driven tagging automation frameworks using AWS services including AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
    • Build infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and Terraform; implement automated workflows with tools like Harness.
    • Collaborate with FinOps teams to create AI-enhanced chargeback models and optimize cloud spend monitoring.
    • Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace to analyze metrics and performance data to support tagging and cost control strategies.
    • Maintain enterprise tagging strategies and cost optimization best practices.
    • Document and communicate processes effectively using Confluence and Jira.
    Qualifications:
    • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services across compute, database, networking, identity management, and infrastructure-as-code.
    • Proven experience in cloud cost optimization, chargeback automation, and enterprise tagging frameworks.
    • Proficiency in Python and automation scripting; experienced with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Harness.
    • Working knowledge of AI-driven models and AWS Bedrock integrations within FinOps or cloud financial management.
    • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace) to interpret cloud metrics and logs.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience using Confluence and Jira.
    Preferred Skills:
