Title: Cloud Engineer

Description:

  • AWS
  • Connectivity will include both Cloud-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-On-Prem
  • Serverless Lambda
  • XML Generation
  • Messaging layers such as JMS and MQ
  • File-based integrations
  • Encrypted file processing - developers will be building services in AWS Lambda, serverless, services that handle message processing (message in, transformation, message out)

Must Have:

  • Apache Avro

Required Skills:

  • AWS Experience (combination of AWS Developer and Solutions Architect skills)
  • Experience with Python and Java
  • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) building experience
  • Ability to educate new-to-AWS technologists in best practices
  • Comfortable working with unclear or evolving requirements
  • System Architect aspirations is a plus
  • Experience with AWS to Anaplan Integration is a plus
  • Must align with Southwest culture and personality
