Responsibilities:

  • Perform general express maintenance. To include oil and filter changes, tire rotations, balances, fluid flushes, filters, and wiper services. Mount and balance tires, as well as perform minor maintenance services
  • Provide quality safety inspections that are performed to identify needed vehicle repairs, and safety concerns.
  • Work well as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Build estimates for the service advisors to present needed work to customers.
  • Stay current with factory training.
  • Be willing to attend training and take online courses for continued growth in a high paced shop.
  • Must have proficient computer skills

  • The capability to read/comprehend written instructions and information High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
  • Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenance A valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Prior experience in automotive maintenance and repair or an apprentice would be highly desirable.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • The capacity to stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in a seated position for extended periods while operating controls with arms and legs
  • The capability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
