City Auto Sales in Murfreesboro is growing fast, and we are looking for an Entry-Level Automotive Technician who is eager to learn, works well with a team, and wants a long-term opportunity, not just a job.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced shop environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow alongside experienced technicians in a wellrun service department.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Automotive Technician, you will focus on foundational maintenance while learning from a seasoned team:

  • Performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery replacements, and brake inspections
  • Assisting and shadowing senior technicians on more advanced repairs
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safetyfocused workspace
  • Learning diagnostic processes and accurately documenting completed work
  • Participating in daily shop meetings to stay aligned and informed

This role is designed to help you build confidence, skills, and momentum in the trade.

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 1+ year of automotive technician or maintenance experience
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • ASE certification and/or independent or aftermarket experience is a plus, but not required
