We are seeking an ambitious Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer to join the team in our Arlington, VA office who thrives on challenges and wants to grow their career.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years experience - relevant internship/co‑op experience considered for recent graduates
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of the design of plumbing & fire protection systems
  • General knowledge of applicable codes
  • Good Communication, Presentation and client interface abilities
Responsibilities
  • Layout and sizing of plumbing and fire protection systems
  • Equipment layout and sizing
  • Determine schedules and details required for the project
  • Ensure flow of information between disciplines
  • Assist in writing reports and feasibility studies
  • Review shop drawings with project engineer
  • Field contractors' questions
