Are you a car enthusiast? Get your career in gear with Rafih Auto Group! We are currently looking for a Service Shuttle Driver/Porter to join our growing company. This is an entry level position with room for advancement.

Essential Duties:

  • Work within a dealershipโ€™s service department.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service areas.
  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Controls service traffic flow and parking.
  • Assists service advisors when needed
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Place vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle.
  • Tag keys and place mirror tags in all vehicles.
  • Move vehicles to appointed parking area and ensure all windows are up and all vehicles are locked.
  • Adhere to all customer service processes.
  • Bring customersโ€™ vehicles to the front of service drive when directed.
  • Ensure customersโ€™ vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit.
  • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Dealership experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with good driving record.
  • Willingness to learn and perform a wide range of allocated tasks.
  • Ability to take accurate notes regarding vehicle movements and vehicle conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
