Your Purpose as a Retail Customer Experience Specialist:

  • Help customers get excited about Honda vehicles by answering questions and demonstrating vehicles
  • Discover each customer’s needs, and then identify the right vehicle based on those needs
  • Facilitate remarkable customer experiences
  • Work with Sales Manager to complete the customer’s purchase, ensuring the most personalized experience possible
  • Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete
  • Have the opportunity every day to build brand ambassadors for Honda vehicles with guests resulting in a long-term Honda customers
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Additional Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred
