We’re looking for a Class A Forklift Technician that doesn’t need handholding. Someone who can diagnose fast, repair right the first time, and handle customers professionally. If you're the technician everyone else calls for help — we want you.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re hiring a pro.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair electric, LP, and diesel forklifts
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, fuel, and drive systems
  • Perform planned maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
  • Communicate clearly with customers in the field
  • Complete work orders accurately and promptly
  • Maintain a low comeback rate
  • Manage parts usage and truck stock
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

What We Expect (Class A Level)

  • Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to diagnose without throwing parts at it
  • Experience with major brands (Toyota, Hyster, Yale, Crown, Raymond, etc.)
  • Can handle complex driveability and intermittent issues
  • Professional with customers — represents the company well
  • Self-motivated and productive in the field
  • Takes ownership of repairs
  • Helps mentor junior technicians when needed
  • Complete paperwork that is accurate, legible, clear and contains all required information.
  • Work safely, using proper PPE, following written procedures on safety measures.
  • Capable of working in warehouse, manufacturing, outdoor, and other environments with exposure to varying weather conditions, chemicals, solvents, etc.

Must Have

  • 5+ years forklift repair experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR to be insurable through our insurance
  • Own basic technician tools
  • Strong diagnostic ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Proficiency with Windows based systems
  • Lift and handle 75 pounds
  • Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed to complete tasks.
