What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Automotive Staff Accountant to join our Porsche Fort Collins Team. This role will require experience in automotive titling.This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Complete DMV Registration paperwork and Out of State DMV Transactions
  • Verify legal documents relating to transfer of vehicles Retail and Wholesale to the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).
  • Post accounting entries related to all DMV registration transactions
  • Maintain DMV and Payoff schedules, processing refund checks to customers and lenders if needed.
  • Contacting customer if needed pertaining to registration documents
  • Assist in obtaining title for trades and wholesales
  • Keeping management and sales department up to date with status of outstanding registration items
  • Ensure the Tax and Title Fees are properly completed and collected.
  • Promptly process documents to ensure tax and fees are reported and paid in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist with processing Wholesale deals in accounting.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience automotive Title processing required
  • Accounting Experience preferred
  • CDK / ADP / Tekion Experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
