Bremerton Collision Center, a family-owned and operated collision repair facility in Bremerton, WA, is seeking skilled Auto Body Technicians to join our growing team. We are currently hiring experienced A-Level and B-Level technicians, and we're also open to motivated apprentice technicians who are eager to build a long-term career in the collision repair industry.

Our modern, state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest repair technology, tools, and equipment, allowing our technicians to perform high-quality repairs efficiently while continuing to grow their skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Repair damaged vehicle body panels and structural components to OEM and manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform body, frame, and collision repairs as outlined on repair orders and approved supplements.
  • Remove, repair, replace, and reinstall vehicle components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Complete welding, panel replacement, and structural repairs using approved repair procedures.
  • Inspect vehicle damage and identify any additional repairs or safety concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with estimators, the Body Shop Manager, and the Parts Department to ensure an efficient repair process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs performed.
  • Stay current on OEM repair procedures, technical bulletins, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
  • Operate shop equipment safely while following all company safety policies and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
  • Treat every customer vehicle with care and professionalism throughout the repair process.
  • Assist with additional shop responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Collision Repair Technician
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and technologies
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • 3 Years of high-level Collision Repair Tech experience preferred but not required
