E-filing with various court systems. Document recording. Maintain client and case files. Correspond with and update clients. Maintain filing/document system. Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines. Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations. Prepare reports for attorney(s).RequirementsSuperior organizational skills, research, and writing skills. Detail oriented. Independent worker; Deadline driven. Able to manage a heavy workload.
