Are you looking to work with experienced attorneys who will give you the opportunity to learn and further your legal career? If so, we are looking for you! We are an established law firm seeking an entry level associate attorney to assist and support our managing attorney in a fast paced, efficient real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law office. We aim to provide clarity and kindness to all of our clients’ legal matters. This is a great opportunity to learn about multiple aspects of transactional law including real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law, and to do so while living at the beach.


The firm currently has three offices with plans to continue our growth. This position is ripe for someone looking to take control of their career and maintain an excellent work-life balance. It is our belief that everyone deserves to be happy in their career while enjoying plenty of time with family.


The right candidate will be able to manage specialized work efficiently, with confidence, and competence. As you grow into the primary attorney of one of our offices, you will learn to do the following: Advise staff and clients regarding real estate transactions, title issues and contract questions, estate planning, probate and business law; Navigate real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law issues with confidence while providing support and direction to all staff; Attend all in-house real estate closings, estate planning signings, and business formation meetings while providing sound direction to clients and making the experience enjoyable.


Detailed training will be provided based on the candidate’s prior experience.


We have procedures in place for all aspects of the job in order to support you in this position. The person in this position will report to the managing attorney weekly but will also be a huge part of the leadership team, making decisions for the firm as we grow. The position will generally be task oriented, requiring someone with a conservative, careful, and cautious, yet fun, approach to work. Candidate must be able to manage others while providing a basis for a happy work atmosphere for all team members.

  • SC or NC Bar License – Candidate must have passed the SC or NC bar or expect a passing grade in the upcoming results;
  • Juris Doctorate - from an Accredited Law School;
