The Opportunity
As an Azure Software Engineer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Azure Native Development & Testing to create impactful software engineering solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.
In this role, you will be part of our Software Engineering competency network, where you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Within our practice, you will collaborate with talented professionals, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can enhance your technical strengths and develop a deeper understanding of the business landscape, all while contributing to the delivery of client solutions.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
