Key Responsibilities
  • Architect & Build: Design, optimize, and maintain critical tools and infrastructure driving scientific data pipelines, LLM model training and deployment, and large-scale distributed systems.

  • Data & Research Execution: Translate complex datasets, chemical/ML data, and abstract technical challenges into clear, scalable, high-performance workflows and cheminformatics tools.

  • Systemic Optimization: Identify technical friction points, eliminate bottlenecks, install/troubleshoot software, and enhance operational velocity across GPU clusters and high-concurrency computing environments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key technical interface, working directly with quantitative researchers, machine learning engineers, biologists, and computational chemists to improve end-user computing environments.

What You Bring

    • Infrastructure: GPU Clusters, Distributed/Parallel Training, Data Management Pipelines

  • Analytical Precision: Proven track record in scripting and automating scientific workflows, managing complex data, or solving multi-faceted problems in high-performance computing.

  • Agile Mindset: Intellectual curiosity, versatility, and a track record of achievement, balancing rigorous engineering standards with fast-paced execution.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $250,000 – $600,000 (Determined based on prior experience and educational background)

  • Additional Benefits: Variable compensation (sign-on and year-end bonuses), generous full benefit package, relocation assistance, and immigration support.
