The Opportunity
As an Experience Designer (Visual and Product) - Senior Associate, you will engage in creating and enhancing user experiences for products, systems, or services, focusing on delivering innovative software solutions within our Advisory practice. You will combine technical skills with creative thinking to meet the evolving needs of clients, driving product innovation and development.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations. You will leverage your skills to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights, and maintaining professional standards.
In this role, you will focus on developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. You will uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, contributing to the delivery of high-quality client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and enhancing user experiences for software products and solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design strategies
- Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Creating user personas and journey maps to guide product development
- Developing interactive prototypes and user interfaces to test design concepts
- Applying human-centered design principles to improve usability and accessibility
- Analyzing industry trends to incorporate emerging technologies into design solutions
- Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex design challenges
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all design activities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
