Hilton East Assisted Living currently has 4 Full-time openings for Housekeeper's at our assisted living facility located in Hilton, NY.

Our services are designed to help residents maintain-or increase-their independence. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our residents are offered many choices, allowing each resident to customize their lifestyle.


HOUSEKEEPER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides residents with a clean and sanitary place of residence.
  • Cleaning of resident’s bathrooms, and shower rooms. Dusting and vacuuming of residents living area.
  • Observe the client and/or resident, and report changes appropriately to RN or LPN or Department Head.
  • Daily pick -up of residents’ waste baskets.
  • Distribute clean linen to residents weekly, or as needed
  • Cleaning of stairwells and public rest rooms.
  • Cleaning of vacant rooms, in prep for new admissions.
  • Attend required staff meetings.
  • Responsible for approximately 30 rooms per shift.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
  • Motivation and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates dependability
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Adherence to policies and procedures
