Requirements:

To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in [Business, Customer Insights, Customer Experience, Marketing, Program Management, Communications degree program].

The CX team at onsemi is committed to designing and delivering best-in-class customer experiences across the enterprise. We focus on feedback and actioning, journey design, and leadership enablement to drive customer-centric outcomes.

As a Summer Intern, you will support strategic CX initiatives and gain hands-on experience in customer journey management, survey design, data analysis, and program execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

CX Programming Support: Assist in the execution of listening posts and feedback platforms Help prepare materials for CX governance councils and SteerCo meetings Support internal communications and content creation for CX enablement 

Project Coordination: Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming for CX platform enhancements Document processes and support UAT testing for survey and feedback tools 

Team Collaboration: Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Shadow CX leaders and analysts to understand strategic planning and execution.
