Production Worker / Assembler (Entry-Level)Location: Redmond, WA
Pay: $25.13/hr + Overtime (1.5x)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM + overtime on Fridays

We’re hiring Production Workers and Assemblers to support a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start working quickly, learn hands-on skills, and build a long-term career. You’ll receive training and have the chance to grow into higher-level assembly and production roles while working consistent hours with frequent overtime available.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble parts, components, and sub-assemblies
- Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment
- Follow detailed instructions to meet quality standards
- Rotate between production and assembly workstations
- Load/unload materials and support warehouse operations
- Take measurements and track production counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20–50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and ability to take measurements
- Willingness to learn (training provided)
Preferred:
- Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work
- Experience using hand tools or power tools
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience
