Oxford Global Resources is hiring an Account Manager to grow our technical consulting business in Milwaukee.

When companies need specialized technical talent - engineers, software developers, scientists and other technical professionals, but aren't ready to make a full-time hire, they turn to Oxford. We connect them with experienced consultants who can make an immediate impact.

As an Account Manager you'll enter the first phase of our Development Program: real training, real mentorship, and real client relationships from day one. You'll work side-by-side with experienced Senior Account Managers who will show you exactly how to win business, build trust with clients, and create opportunities that matter-for them and for you.

This isn't a support role. It's the foundation for becoming an Account Manager who owns their own portfolio, drives their own pipeline, and controls their own career trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Complete Oxford's industry-leading onboarding and sales training program

  • Learn directly from experienced Senior Account Managers who will coach and mentor your growth

  • Master the art of identifying new business opportunities and building relationships that last

  • Prospect new clients through calls, email, networking, and face-to-face meetings

  • Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitch Oxford's consulting solutions

  • Generate new business and grow existing client partnerships

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM and modern sales tools

  • Sharpen your expertise in Oxford's sales methodology and staffing solutions

  • Chas and beat performance goals while leveling up your skills every step of the way

  • Travel regularly throughout the Milwaukee area to meet with clients

  • Keep sharp, accurate records of your activity and progress

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role

  • Communication skills that build trust fast-and relationships that last

  • A competitive, self-motivated drive to win

  • Confidence talking to anyone, from entry-level hires to executives

  • Sharp organizational and problem-solving instincts

  • Comfort picking up new tech and tools, including Microsoft Office

  • Bonus points for CRM or applicant tracking system experience

  • Comfortable spending time on the phone, in client meetings, and out in the field.

Salary Range

Thereasonably expectedannual base compensation range for this position is$50,000 - $60,000for the Milwaukee market. Within the range, individual compensation isdeterminedby job-related skills, experience, and applicable state or local laws.

Commission Eligibility

This role may also be eligible for commission under Oxford's Sales compensation plan.
