GRADUATE OF ARCHITECTURE
This position will be based out of our Phoenix, Arizona production office.
You will be responsible for assisting the project team efforts for effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents. You will participate in documentation and clarification efforts, as well as submittal review and site observation during bidding and construction.
Job Requirements
Qualifications include:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree in Architecture
โ€ข Desire to achieve licensure preferred
โ€ข Knowledge commensurate with experience in all phases of design, from schematic design through construction administration and close-out
โ€ข Knowledge commensurate with experience of construction codes and agency compliance
โ€ข Basic knowledge and experience with coordinating work with engineering disciplines. Extensive experience is a plus.
โ€ข Experience with Autodesk Revit software and/or AutoCAD a plus
โ€ข Excellent written, verbal & visual communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
โ€ข Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced and multitasking environment with the ability to coordinate this information across disciplines.
โ€ข Ability and willingness to travel.
โ€ข Self-motivated and ability to work productively in a 'hybrid remote work' situation.
