Dewberry Architects, Inc. is seeking an energetic Entry Level Architectural Design Professional to join our team in our Fairfax, VA office.

Dewberry’s Architecture Practice has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to begin implementing their design and technical skills to support a variety of exciting clients and projects. Our biggest attributes are our client relationships and the almost 30 professionals in the Fairfax office.   • Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture from an accredited university is required.
  • Minimum of (1) year of internship experience with an architectural firm is required.
  • Intern Development Program (IDP) process started with goal of licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience with REVIT, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. 
  • Established digital and traditional rendering and graphics abilities.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles is beneficial and LEED AP preferable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture from an accredited university required.
  • Minimum of (1) year of internship experience with an architectural firm is required.
  • Intern Development Program (IDP) process started with ultimate goal of licensure.
  • Competent in Revit (BIM), SketchUp and other modeling programs.
  • Skillful in Creative Adobe Suite applications Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles is beneficial, and LEED AP is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • A design portfolio or sampling of work will be required.

Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.

The projected range for this position is $66,969 - $69,469 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
