Overview
Launch your career in construction and production trades with MGAworks! As a Shop Prospect, you will gain hands-on experience working in a production shop or on a job site. This entry-level position is designed to help you experience an active shop or site environment, explore the foundational skills of that sector, and find your fit within the trade industry.
Responsibilities
  • Support site keeping duties such as organizing tools, materials, and maintaining workspace cleanliness.
  • Assist with basic maintenance and production tasks under supervision.
  • Participate in safety walks to identify hazards and ensure workplace safety compliance.
  • Help document project progress through photos, measurements, and notes under guidance.
  • Contribute to punch walks by identifying visible issues and assisting with repairs.

  • No prior experience necessary; work-ready training provided.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a physically active, hands-on environment.
