Apprentices participate in a structured training program that combines on-the-job learning with classroom instruction. This allows them to gain practical skills and knowledge while earning a wage. Entry Level Apprenticeships are common in fields like construction, electrical work, plumbing, and other skilled trades. The goal is to prepare individuals for a full-time career in their chosen industry.

What's the easiest entry level apprentice to get into?

Entry level apprenticeships in trades such as construction, electrical, or plumbing are often the easiest to enter, as they typically require minimal prior experience and focus on on-the-job training. Having a positive attitude and interest in the trade can help you qualify for these opportunities.

What tasks and responsibilities can I expect as an entry level apprentice, and how is the workload structured?

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
  • Valid driver’s license

Entry-level, apprentice, and quick-lube candidates should not apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive, productivity-based pay with no earning cap
  • $85K–$150K+ earning potential
  • Union position with full union benefits
  • Consistent year-round workflow
  • Paid Toyota factory training
  • Support for ASE and Toyota certification advancement
  • Brand-new facility with modern diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Why Join Us

  • Family-owned dealership with hands-on leadership
  • Fair dispatching and consistent shop hours
  • Technicians treated as skilled professionals — not numbers
  • Long-term career stability and growth opportunities
