This role emphasizes integrity, productivity, and safety while supporting the dealership’s daily operational goals. Primary Duties Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections to ensure accurate vehicle diagnostics. Assess supplemental vehicle service needs and communicate them effectively. Deliver quality service consistently and report any substandard parts, processes, or procedures to management. Maintain vehicle cleanliness during servicing and repairs. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, accurate service and clear communication. Maintain a clean, safe work environment compliant with OSHA and EPA standards. Job Requirements:
Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent recommended but not required. At least one year of experience as a technician’s assistant or apprentice. Valid driver’s license with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) within company guidelines. Local state inspection license preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands for job duties. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment. Safe operation of equipment and vehicles is mandatory.
