JOB SUMMARY:
Under direction of the Video Production Leadership Team, the '2026-27 Seasonal Assistant, Video Production' will play an integral role in all aspects of the Marketing Team, including Digital, Broadcasting, and Game Operations for all the Rock Entertainment Group properties (Cavs, Monsters, Charge, WNBA, REG and RESN). The ideal candidate is a driven professional, with acute attention to detail, whose effort and creativity will define their opportunity and responsibility. Our seasonal program offers individuals "hands-on" experience in the organization.
*** This is a temporary position from September 2026 - June 2027, that will work onsite at Rocket Arena approx. 40 hours per week.
*** Local candidates strongly preferred. There is not relocation assistance or temporary housing provided for non-local candidates.

** MUST have flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional Holiday's as required by the Events schedule.
PAY RATE: $15.00/HR START DATE: Sept. 21st
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing creative assets, digital inventory, and metadata.
  • Basic non-linear editing and motion graphic design.
  • On-set and live event production assistance and shooting.
  • Game night duties (could be used in any and all aspects of a live event, including Cavs, Monsters, and Charge games, as well as concerts and special events).
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University, preferably in the field of electronic media production, broadcasting, communications or marketing (or currently pursuing a BS Degree).
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week onsite at Rocket Arena.
  • Must be available to work onsite at Rocket Arena Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm. (This is not a part time role and candidates seeking part time hours will not be considered).
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including frequent weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
  • Proven ability using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent production software.
  • Demonstrates aptitude in one or several core production areas such as camera operation, video editing, motion graphics & animation, script writing, lighting, or has control room experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be organized, highly motivated and team oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
