We are looking for a highly motivated, enterprising, and driven Public Relations Coordinator to join the FOX News Media team. In this entry-level position, the Public Relations Coordinator will be responsible for all keyPR administrative duties within the department. This position is a terrific all-encompassing opportunity for soon-to-be graduate school or college grads starting out in the PR industry.

Please note the work week for this role is a Tuesday - SaturdayORSunday - Thursday schedule. Flexibility/weekend and after-hours work are required.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all encompassing media monitoring system for eight linear,digital,and streaming platforms of FOX News Media

  • Serve in a foundational go-to role supporting the entire department in all administrative PR functions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • At least two prior internships in public relations; a degree with a concentration in Communications is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentwith a rigorous workload

  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends

  • Consistent diligence and very strong attention to detail

  • Superior organizational and research skills

  • Must be extremely resourceful, efficient and can handle taking initiative

  • Experience with meeting constant, and often immediate rapid deadlines

  • Ability to upholda very strict level of confidentiality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to adapt to change and possess situational awareness

  • Professional, mature demeanor with a can-do, upbeat attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
