As the Team Lead, you will coordinate a team responsible for UX, front end, and back end development, using the latest software development technologies and the Agile development methodology. You will lead the coding, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions for business processes. You will also develop comprehensive, technical/tactical solutions to address immediate business/product/project needs. Additionally, you will facilitate, coach, and provide day-to-day work direction for team members engaged in projects and delivery.
