JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

The Gas Supply Analyst supports Delta Utilities’ short-term procurement, contract administration, and regulatory documentation functions. This entry-level role focuses on learning industry fundamentals, internal systems, and compliance requirements to ensure the delivery of economic, prudent, and reliable gas supply for customers.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with daily gas supply activities, including monitoring pipeline electronic bulletin boards and internal ETRM reports
  • Support contract administration tasks such as document retention and preparing agreements for execution
  • Compile and organize gas cost data for regulatory filings
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure compliance with reporting guidelines and deadlines
  • Develop foundational knowledge of company-owned assets and pipeline operations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, engineering, finance, marketing, mathematics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Minimum experience required of the position

  • Assist with daily gas supply activities, including monitoring pipeline electronic bulletin boards and internal ETRM reports
