- Maintain monthly corporate cash forecast
- Manage research for competitor analysis, market stats, and regional benchmarks
- Provide analysis of both internal and external data
- Act as a liaison between corporate and regional offices
- Maintain property level cash flow models
- Manage and develop Excel models
