What You Will Do:

Responsible for handling work ticket orders for their national accounts received electronically or by phone, a lot of the calls can be outbound in nature.

Qualifying/verifying customer requests.

Checking technicians in and out, and booking/dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions in a timely manner.

Effectively managing Customer Requests for service by ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to the customers’ satisfaction.

This role will have to handle different computer systems so it is very important to bring in computer-savvy folks. Attention to detail and ability to handle fast paced environment.

You will be averaging around 150 inbound calls a day with 25 outbound.

TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM

SUNDAY - THURSDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM

FRIDAY - MONDAY 11:00AM - 10:00PM

Training hours for first 2 weeks: First day will be 8:30 PM-4, and the rest of training (4-6 weeks) will be 7:30-4 PM. Classroom training for the first 2 weeks, followed by floor shadowing and training.

Open cubicle environment - dress is business casual. Jeans are permitted, no tennis shoes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
