Overview

AP-AI is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives. This is a entry level 100% remote opportunity for individuals who are interested in sales, real estate, and developing valuable communication and negotiation skills.

You will be trained on our process and provided with the tools, systems, and guidance needed to perform your role. No prior experience is required.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable communicating with people, willing to learn, and looking for a career opportunity that can be performed entirely from home. This role is commission based, involving the acquiring and selling of contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective clients and property owners through phone calls and other forms of outreach.
  • Identify and qualify potential real estate opportunities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective sellers.
  • Ask questions to understand a seller's situation, property, and needs.
  • Follow established sales and outreach processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups using company systems.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the AP-AI team to evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Participate in company training, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
  • Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients and team members.
  • Manage your daily activities and follow-up schedule while working remotely.

Requirements
