AI and Data Engineering Analyst
• This Analyst architects, designs, develops, and deploys enterprise solutions that span the full spectrum of Artificial Intelligence, including Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services. This role combines deep expertise in advanced algorithms and scientific methods to build intelligent systems capable of interpreting data, making decisions, and uncovering actionable business insights. By merging expertise in AI, data engineering, and enterprise architecture, this Analyst empowers organizations to leverage data-driven intelligence and scalable solutions to meet evolving business and agency needs.

Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts to help clients improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Professionals in the practice have opportunities to build specialized experience while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computational Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or an equivalent program
  • Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
  • You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred:
  • Cumulative grade point average of 3.4 or higher
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in artificial intelligence, computer science, computational engineering, data science, machine learning, or robotics

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 to $98,000.
