As an AIT AI Product Owner Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. You will manage activities for specific products from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role requires you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, uphold professional standards, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology, confirming that products solve customer and end-user problems. Your involvement will span all stages of a product's lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance, as well as commercialization and go-to-market planning for commercial products.

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
