We are dedicated to providing top-notch services and exceptional care for our clients, and we are looking for a compassionate, outgoing and skilled Nurse Injector (RN) to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) Injector is responsible for providing safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role performs cosmetic injectable procedures, assists with treatment planning, educates patients on available services, and maintains accurate medical documentation. The RN Injector works to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable nursing standards and practice regulations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Patient Care

Perform comprehensive patient consultations to assess treatment goals, medical history, and candidacy for aesthetic procedures.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and provider recommendations.

Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.) and dermal fillers.

Perform additional aesthetic treatments within scope of practice and training (such as PRP, microneedling, IV therapy, etc.).

Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures for adverse reactions.

Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment education and instructions.

Respond appropriately to complications or medical emergencies following established protocols.

Clinical Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records.

Obtain informed consent prior to all procedures.

Follow infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.

Maintain inventory of injectables, medical supplies, and treatment products.

Assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Patient Experience

Build trusting relationships with patients through exceptional customer service.

Educate patients on available treatments, skincare products, and maintenance plans.

Recommend appropriate treatment packages and retail skincare products when clinically appropriate.

Promote patient retention through follow-up communication and continuity of care.

Ensure a welcoming, professional, and compassionate patient experience.

Team Collaboration

Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education.

Maintain current knowledge of aesthetic trends, products, and best practices.

Support marketing initiatives through patient education events, before-and-after photography (with patient consent), and community outreach when requested.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

Minimum of 1–2 years of Aesthetic/injecting experience preferred.

Previous aesthetic injection experience preferred (Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables).

Current BLS certification required.

Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification.

Experience with medical-grade skincare products.

Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).

Sales or retail skincare experience preferred.

Performance Expectations
