MARKETING COORDINATOR - Full-Time On-Site
(This is not a remote position. Candidates must be able to work in person at our location.)
Summary of Position:
Contribute to the success of the marketing team by assisting and developing effective marketing campaigns and digital media content to increase brand awareness, ultimately leading to the Company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with social media and email campaigns
  • Strategize and find new ways to increase the company’s social media exposure for all site social media profiles
  • Assist with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Assist with web development projects
  • Copy, edit, proofread and revise communications as requested
  • Support business development efforts as needed
  • Attend Company and other marketing meetings as identified
  • Create and develop blogs as requested by management
  • Design and produce compelling sales materials to assist in growing the business
  • Research media coverage and industry trends to stay abreast of market changes and opportunities
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
  • Capture and gather content at events, including photography, video, and on-site storytelling to support marketing initiatives
  • Provide on-site marketing support and assist with marketing needs at other company locations as needed
Position Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with the desire to perform at the highest professional level with minimal supervision
  • Must respond well to a changing work environment
  • Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to proactively recommend solutions
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Canva, Adobe, Constant Contact and other content creation tools.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Must possess fundamental understanding of online and offline communications related to best practices, graphic design abilities, social media experience and strong communication skills
  • Must be a strong team player with a “can-do” attitude
  • Must be comfortable working with small, medium and large groups
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
Experience: Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a marketing role with social media exposure
Pay Range: $20/hour
