Lead Coach & Growth Manager (Youth Sports)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Type: Part-Time → Potential Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

About Us

We’re launching Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars in Colorado Springs—both leading national youth sports programs focused on building confidence, coordination, and life skills for kids ages 1–10 through sports.

We bring structured, high-energy classes directly to preschools, schools, and communities—led by trained coaches, not volunteers.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a rapidly expanding national brand in the youth sports industry.

⚡ Important: Please Read Before Applying

This is NOT an entry-level coaching role.

To be considered, candidates MUST have:

  • Proven cold sales or business development experience
  • Experience successfully working with children under 5 years old

We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable:

  • Walking into schools and businesses
  • Building relationships from scratch
  • Following up consistently
  • Confidently asking for the business
  • Leading energetic, structured classes for young children, starting on day 1!

If you do not have experience in BOTH sales/outreach and early childhood coaching/teaching, this role will likely not be the right fit.
